No, non credo che la domanda sia formulata in modo tendenzioso. A me sembra
oggettivo. Per il principio elementare di azione e reazione; vince che ci mette
più forza, quindi in una guerra, più determinazione e più mezzi per uccidere di
più e prima. Ed in quanto ad intelligenza degli strumenti impiegati credo che
sia difficile scegliere tra le bombe intelligenti ed i kamikaze. Chi è
"intelligente" sta nell'ombra, dietro, i cosiddetti mandanti, che per me sono
tutti ugualmente "intelligenti". Nemmeno una classifica morale riuscirei a fare
oggi senza il rischio di danneggiare nel mio giudizio la mia parte, cioè la
nostra, quella cioè di coloro che avrebbero il dovere morale dell'intelligenza.
Certo capisco la tua perplessità. Prova a considerare quantomeno la domanda come

Se si rispondesse con la violenza alla violenza si creerebbe un circuito dolorosamente senza uscite. Si tratta piuttosto di intensificare tutte quelle forme di comunicazione e di educazione, a iniziare dal mondo dell'infanzia, in grado di far nascere e consolidare la coscienza del rispetto dell'altro. Il cammino potrebbe sembrare lungo, ma il rinnovamento nel senso della diminuzione della violenza sicuramente assicurato. Forse l'ostacolo maggiore che l'uomo incontra in questo cammino è legato strettamente all'aspettativa di soluzione rapida del problema. L'abitudine ad avere appagato in modo rapido ogni desiderio guida all'applicazione dello stesso principio in tutti i campi in cui si svolge e si realizza la vita. L'impegno individuale viene, pertanto, sminuito nel suo intrinseco potenziale di cambiamento per lasciare il passo ad una delega alla"società", così come alla società vengono attribuite tutte le responsabilità di una vita fatta di insoddisfazione, di violenza, di indifferenza,
acc. Questo significa solo rinuncia ad una responsabilità individuale. La delega è sempre rinuncia ad una compartecipazione dei compiti e ad una loro differenziazione in ragione del proprio essere. Intendo dire che qualsiasi professione si esercita, qualsiasi posto si occupa nella società si ha sempre una responsabilità alla quale corrispondere. Nel piccolo o nel grande impegno sociale ciascuno "deve" porgere una mano e stringere quella dell'altro. La partecipazione è conquista di una libertà autentica, non confondibile con il fare ciò che si vuole; significa individuare dove inizia la libertà dell'altro. La libertà va vissuta come valore di vita ed è rispetto del proprio io in quanto rispetto dell'altro da me. Per ottenere un risultato soddisfacente è necessario, pertanto, un impegno etico ed una disponibilità all'ascolto dei bisogni dell'altro anche se questi non li esprime direttamente. Talvolta la dignità dell'uomo è tale da vivere le proprie angosce, i propri problemi senza parlarne. Ed è qui che si scopre la sensibilità alla condivisione: nel saper ascoltare il silenzio di chi soffre senza manifestarsi. Aggiungerei che ciascuno dovrebbe chiedersi da dove nasce la violenza, la crudeltà non con il consueto e troppo spesso assunto atteggiamento di semplicistica giustificazione, ma con una analisi adeguata e seria per progettare momenti di "recupero" del senso della vita.
Tante altre osservazioni si affollano nella mia mente, tuttavia mi limito al concetto che mi è più caro: il rispetto e l'ascolto dell'"altro"; di chi soffre e di chi sbaglia, con animo disponibile ad un aiuto, mai alla pietà che solitamente offende la "persona" proprio nella sua "umanità"

sia crudo, ma coglie l'essenza della faccenda.
Non possiamo pensare alla guerra come ad una azione asettica e/o
chirurgica. La guerra è il paradiso della crudeltà, la guerra è la risonanza
della crudeltà, vince chi ammazza, chi trucida, prima e meglio, a partire dai
gatti e dai bambini. Quelli che sotto altre lune sono i nostri propri
preziosissimi figli, ai quali noi genitori dedichiamo ogni anelito di esistenza.
La guerra per vincerla impone la distruzione fisica dell'avversario, e quando
ciò sia in qualche modo temporaneamente impedito da convenzioni politicamente
di compromesso, non ci si ferma, anzi, si superano tutte le barriere
dell'umanità, si ricorre alla distruzione morale dell'avversario, si fa strage
dei suoi affetti, si violano i suoi valori, la sua fede, si passa cioè all'annullamento
totale, morale ed ideologico, ed ancora e sempre alla fine fisico molecolare
dell'avversario, anzi del nemico.
E non bastano davvero le parole, perché l'atrocità della guerra è davvero
inenarrabile, trascende l'immaginazione più orrorifica che un uomo nella
sua casa in tempo di pace possa mai configurare.
La guerra non è congrua alle sue premesse senza lo sterminio finale, morale e
fisico del nemico. Senza il superamento della soglia dello sterminio la guerra
è monca, non "soddisfa" chi la dichiara. Senza la brama di sterminio,
della quale la crudeltà è un prerequisito, una prerogativa ed una premessa
indispensabile e consustanziale, la guerra non è, la guerra non può
essere.
Questo noi uomini lo sappiamo bene, tanto bene almeno quanto bene sappiamo di
dover morire tutti un giorno. La guerra non è sulla luna, la guerra è dentro
di noi ogni giorno, ci accompagna ogni momento. La guerra, noi uomini e donne,
la conosciamo come le nostre scarpe.
Quindi la domanda sulla guerra va fatta così, almeno così, gentile
interlocutore. Per evidenziarla nella sua vera luce ai nostri occhi e quindi,

Che cosa abbiamo vinto con la guerra
preventiva? Io avevo imparato che la guerra si deve prevenire con la politica o la
diplomazia. Oggi invece appare che noi stiamo insegnado ai nostri figli che prima di ogni altra
cosa, quando sorge un problema, dobbiamo portarlo subito alle sue conseguenze più violente per prevenire la
violenza. Assurdo!m Paradossale, indegno davvero! Stiamo insegnamo ai nostri figli che quando subiranno un torto da parte di
qualcuno, la cosa migliore che potranno fare sarà quella di rispondere con un torto sempre più
grande, fino (ineluttabilmente) alla distruzione fisica della controparte, insegnamo che è quindi etico nella politica prevenire la pace, non la
guerra.
Oggettivamente siamo di fronte ad una rivoluzione copernicana dei valori che abbiamo imparato dai nostri padri ed i nostri padri dai loro padri fino all'origine delle culture, delle
civiltà, delle religioni.
Grazie America di Bush, grazie Europa di Blair, Aznar, Berlusconi, D'Alema, grazie a nome dei nostri figli e dei figli dei nostri e

la tua osservazione è degnissima e del tutto comprensibile, grazie. Aggiungo
solo che con la concezione che tu chiami laica si arriva alla distruzione di
tutto, o alla palestinizzazione del mondo. Preferisco ribadire il motivo guida

War for some of us is not an option. No one has any intention of justifying
terrorism, Saddam Hussein or other murderous dictators. But only gorilla logic would justify an all out war that would inevitably destroy the lives of innocent people. I rather follow a different logic or moral
principles. 1) “Do unto others as you would have others do unto you”. 2) Understand that innocent strangers throughout the world have the same right to live as you and your loved
ones. And 3) That we are all of one family.
Primitive minds tend to ignore some of these humanistic principles and find justifications in rallying behind the “silver back”. We have to understand that ordinary acts of war, such as bombing cities and villagers are also
terroristic. They just happen to require more military funding and equipments to carry out. Most people knows that the welfare of their loved one are more important
than, military training, world conquest, oil, political agenda, retaliation, or any other reasons that wars are fought over. In embracing war as a “logical” necessity is to undermine some of the principles that guide our nation to be free and
democratic. I believe that our society should serve as an example to other less democratic nations as a way to live in peace and
happiness. But to arrogantly force others to accept democracy by acts of war will only destroy our own
principles, make more enemies, and jeopardize our security.

A volte per realizzare una vera e solida pace è necessario, se non
indispensabile, fermare i criminali di guerra con azioni militari mirate e
rapide, come previsto dal principio di legalità internazionale sancito nei
Trattati. quando poi vi saranno Istituzioni Internazionai e organismi tali da
riuscire a costruire la pace e poi sulla base del diritto ad imporla, allora le
cose cambieranno, ma sono fiducioso... stanno già cambiando con il Tribunale
Penale Internazionale!! Viva la pace, ma non la mera e comoda invocazione di
essa!! La pace necessita sforzo e determinazione costante, a costo di sacrifci,
dal tronde non vi sono conquiste in tutti i settori senza un minimo di lotte e
di battaglie, la nostra storia repubblicana e antifascista c'è l'ho insegna!!
